Message Center

You have created an account in the website, this means that you can start getting messages. If you are buyer, you may get responds from the sellers on the requested items. If you are a seller, you will get messages from the buyers on published items.

How to get to the message center. There are two ways to get to the message center, 1) from the top menu by clicking on email sign 2) from your account by clicking on Message Center.

Message center is a place for sellers and buyers to contact to each other, clarify questions, negotiate price, payment and shipping, and come to an agreement. In message center you can see each request per published item. You can answer to the questions and get in touch with the buyer or seller.

If you click to the item photo or “Conversation with User”, you will get access to messages for that particular item with that buyer or seller. You can see all your conversations with that user and reply to the messages.
